Description	:	Millie was the daughter of Sheriff John C Vogan from Memphis, Tennessee and Lucy Ann Greene from New York. She married Irving S Tubbs of Stockton. They married about 1887 and had two sons: * Austin Lyman Vogan Tubbs 1888-1944 * Lauren Irving Tubbs 1889-1964 After Irving died in 1892, Millie remarried to Charles David Chapman on 22 November 1894. Millie filed for divorce in 1902, her attorney was Diodata Benedetto Spagnoli, citing cruelty and retained her last married name of Tubbs. Thanks to Anne Shurtleff Stevens for the bio information.
