Burial was in the Villisca Cemetery. Minnie Olive Ratcliff, daughter of Sopha and Harmon Ratliff, was born September 24, 1885 in Wayne County, Iowa and was 62 years old at her death. She moved to the vicinity of Villisca at an early age and spent the remainder of her life here. She was married to Cary B. Overman in Corning and to them were born six children, one of whom died in infancy. Those surviving are Mrs. Myrtle You, Unionville, Missouri, Mrs. Hazel Johnston, Oakland, California, Mrs. Lucile Slerp, Ronald, and Clarence Overman, Villisca, Iowa. November 26, 1946, Mrs. Overman was married to Frank Clark who survives her. She leaves also a sister, Mrs. Bertha Sprague and a brother, W. M. Ratliff, both of Villisca.
