Mrs. Corry was born Feb. 6, 1927 in Fairfield, the daughter of Frank and Georgia Hootman Bagby Sr. She married Jack Corry on Nov. 21, 1945. She lived her entire life in the Fairfield community, attending Fairfield schools and graduating from Fairfield High School in 1945. She was a homemaker and a sales clerk at J. C. Penny Co. in Fairfield for more than 20 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Birmingham. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Stephen of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Nicholas of Columbus, Mo.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Frank Bagby Jr. and Keith Bagby, both of Fairfield.
