Description	:	Myron Eugene Pitch, 77, retired attorney and city judge died Friday evening May 11, 2012 from complication of heart failure. Myron was born in Harlem, Montana April 12, 1935 to J. George and Ethel E. (Sherrod) Pitch. He received his education and graduated from high school in Harlem, where he a proud member of the 1951 Class C Championship football team. Read More	Myron Eugene Pitch, 77, retired attorney and city judge died Friday evening May 11, 2012 from complication of heart failure. Myron was born in Harlem, Montana April 12, 1935 to J. George and Ethel E. (Sherrod) Pitch. He received his education and graduated from high school in Harlem, where he a proud member of the 1951 Class C Championship football team. He served his country in the United States Air Force from October 1953 to September 1957. Myron continued his education, receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University of Montana in 1961 and his Law degree (LLB) from the University of Montana in 1964. During his attendance at the University of Montana, Myron was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. Myron and Mary Mulroney were married July 11, 1964 in Missoula. His working career was from 1964 to1973 with Weir, Gough & Booth Law Firm; 1974 to 1979 he worked in private practice and was Helena City Judge for 28 years prior to retirement. He loved spending time with family and friends, watching sports, playing cards, Mexican train, gardening, travel and summers at the family cabin at Seeley Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bill and sister, Juanita Wells. Myron is survived by his wife, Mary of Helena; sons, Tom (Sandra) Pitch of Henderson, Nevada, David (Denise) Pitch of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sisters, Dorothy (Harry) Belden of Harlem and Roberta (Bill) Belden of Moore, Montana; four grandchildren, Paulina, Sophia, Aaron and Briana; sisters-in-law, Helen and Nancy Mulroney and brother-in-law, Bill Wells. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home, 3750 N. Montana Avenue. Funeral Liturgy will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Cathedral of St. Helena. Rite of Committal with military honors will follow at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Harrison, Montana. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Myron name are suggested to the Thomas E. Mulroney Scholarship, University of Montana Law School, C/O U of M Foundation, P.O.
