The epidemic thus taking two of the daughters of William Anderson, for many years a prominent farmer living east of Stratford. Naemi Wilhelmina Anderson was born on the old farm home about 4 miles east of Stratford February 2, 1886, and at the date of her death was 32 years, 11 months and 12 days old. She was married to Robert E. Fisher February 27, 1907 and four children were born to their union. They are: William Robert, Mildred Irene, Annie Elizabeth, and baby Inez. These four children, who mourn the death of their beloved mother and the devastated husband and father, five brothers, Eddie of Stratford, Luther and Wilgert of Sioux City, Hilder and Harris of Stratford, one sister, Miss Bessie Anderson of Stanhope, are left to mourn the untimely passing of this loving wife and mother, daughter and sister. She was a member of the Lutheran church of Stratford. Funeral services were held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the family home northwest of Stanhope, conducted by Rev.? of the Christian church at Stanhope. The remains were laid to rest in the South Marion cemetery. Webster City Freeman February 24, 1919 Obituary Nima Willimena Fisher was born in 1886 at Stratford, Iowa, and died at her home northwest of Stanhope, Feb. 6, 1919, being thirty-two years, eleven months and twelve days old at the time of her death. She was united in marriage with Robert E. Fisher Feb. 27, 1907. To this union four children were born – William Robert Fisher, aged ten years; Mildred Irene, eight years; Annie Elizabeth, three years, and a baby aged eighteen months. Besides these and her father, she leaves five brothers – Eddie Anderson, Stratford; Luther of Sioux City, Heilder of Stratford; Wilgert of Sioux City, and Harris of Stratford. Also a sister, Bessie Anderson, of Stratford; another sister, Mrs. Ralph A. Fisher, passed away Oct. 20, 1918. Her mother died seventeen years ago, leaving Nima when but thirteen to be at the head of the household. She was a member of the Swedish Lutheran church of Stratford, being confirmed when a child, and leaves a host of warm friends to mourn her passing away. Mrs. Fisher was a loving wife and an excellent mother. Her greatest interest was in her home, her husband and her children. She always had a smile for everybody who met her, and in sickness and trouble she was always ready to lend a helping hand. In her own illness she was very patient and kind, making the best of everything, as if it were God's will, not ours, be done. Though Nima is gone she will never be forgotten; and her bright, sunny smile shall help to clear away the clouds, so that we, too, may follow her to our Father's home.
