Description	:	Naomi Ruth LeGrande, 79, of Ottumwa died at 10:54 p.m. January 4, 2019 at her home. She was born August 13, 1939 in Ottumwa to Fred and Angeline Sents Hill. She married Alexander LeGrande on October 23, 1954. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2014. A resident of Ottumwa most of her life, Naomi had worked at Everco, Guy's Food and Hormel. She loved crocheting, gardening, her dogs and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She married Alexander LeGrande on October 23, 1954. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2014. A resident of Ottumwa most of her life, Naomi had worked at Everco, Guy's Food and Hormel. Surviving is a daughter, Pam (Dan) Hoffman of Fremont, NE; a son, Phil (Amanda) LeGrande of Agency; six grandchildren, Angie Hoffman, Natika (Wade) Carr, Ashley Johnson, Haley LeGrande, Cassandra (Seth) Bohannon and Jake (Sarah) Wilson; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Dylan and Jack. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Debbie Wilson and Cindy Benedict; a grandson, Alex Mabe; four brothers, Frank, Gordon, David and Leonard Hill; four sisters, Evelyn Kendrick, Violet Shipley, Hannah Handling and infant Joanna Hill. Graveside services and burial will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Agency Cemetery. No visitation will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday January 12, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ottumwa VFW, 702 W. Main St. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.
