He was born December 10, 1869, in Iowa, the son of Robert and Henrietta Miller Harrison. He was married to Lovie Jane Wood, November 6, 1892. She preceded him in death January 23, 1946. He was born December 10, 1869, in Iowa, the son of Robert and Henrietta Miller Harrison. He was married to Lovie Jane Wood, November 6, 1892. She preceded him in death January 23, 1946. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, and lived in Ottumwa 47 years. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Ada Dyer, Mrs. Blanch Moss, and Mrs. Virgie Baker, all of Ottumwa; Mrs. Edith Glandon of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Gladys Stelle of Ottumwa route 8; one son, Ross Harrison of Lineville, Iowa; 28 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Harrison of Dallas Tex., and Charlie Harrison of Denver; and one sister, Mrs. Evelene Simpson, of Coppock, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his wife, one son, Earl in 1911, and five sisters. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Brethren at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. William Gahm, pastor, in charge. Burial will be in the Shaul cemetery. The casket will remain at the Johnson funeral chapel until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, when it will be taken to the church.
