Description	:	Nola Donald Nola V. Donald, 81, of Stockport, died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mount Pleasant. Born Sept. 6, 1916, at Athens, Mo., she was the daughter of Oliver B. and Ella B. Biedman Pope. On Jan. 28, 1939, she married Daniel D. Donald, at Kohoka, Mo. He preceeded her in death. She was a 1933 graduate of Stockport High School. Mrs. Donald served as postmaster at the Stockport post office for a year and helped on the family farm. Donald, 81, of Stockport, died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mount Pleasant. Born Sept. 6, 1916, at Athens, Mo., she was the daughter of Oliver B. and Ella B. Biedman Pope. On Jan. 28, 1939, she married Daniel D. Donald, at Kohoka, Mo. He preceeded her in death. She was a 1933 graduate of Stockport High School. Mrs. Donald served as postmaster at the Stockport post office for a year and helped on the family farm. She was a member of Stockport United Methodist Church and taught Sunday school at the elementary level for many years. She was also a member of the Stockport Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and the L. L. G. Club of the Stockport Public Library. Survivors include two sons, Ed Donald of Mount Pleasant and Doug Donald of Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Alice Fitzpatrick of Mount Pleasant and Cindy Rada of Muscatine; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ella Gaemast of Douds. Besides her husband, she was preceeded in death by her parents, a brother and four sisters. Visitation will begin at noon Sunday at Weir Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, with the family receiving friends from 4 to 7 p.m. The funeral for Mrs. Donald will be a 10:30 a.m. Monday at Stockport United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, northwest of Stockport. Published November 8, 1997, the Burlington Hawk-Eye, Burlington, Iowa.
