Description	:	Ollive M. Ragsdale, 99, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006, at Gordon Countryside Care. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 2, at the United Methodist Church in Gordon with the Rev. Rod Heilbrun officiating. Burial will be in the Gordon Cemetery. Ollive was born Aug. 21, 1906, on the homestead in Cherry County, near Merriman, Neb., to Alvin and Pearl Thayer. She was second of five children. She attended Chadron State Teachers College and taught at rural elementary schools for over 30 years. She married John W.
