Description	:	Omer E. Adair, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Adair, was born June 19, 1883, in Harrison county, Mo., and passed away August 7, 1972, at 89 years of age. In 1903 he was united in marriage to Catherine Rice and to this union seven children were born. Catherine died in 1955. In 1958 he was married to Mamie Springer, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. J.W. Waller and Mrs. Ray Frink, Red Oak, Mrs. George Ratcliff of Jefferson and Mrs. Donald Robbins, Prescott, Ariz.; one son, Kenneth Adair of Clarinda; two brothers, Albert of Putman, Okla. and... Two sons preceded him in death. Mr. Adair lived in the Stanton and Red Oak areas for many years, later moving to Silver City and then to Malvern. He was a member of the Baptist church. Funeral services were held at the Mansfield Funeral Home in Malvern on Wednesday, Aug. 9, at 2 p.m., the Rev. Clarence Woollard officiating. Interment in the Emerson Cemetery.
