Description	:	Coon Rapids Enterprise June 14, 1962 Orvle Ray Robison was born In Philo, Ohio, January 29. 1891, the oldest son of Charles Henry Robison and Mary Elizabeth Winn. He grew to manhood in that area and as a boy worked in the coal mines and potteries of that region. He came to Coon Rapids in 1912. Read More	Coon Rapids Enterprise June 14, 1962 Orvle Ray Robison was born In Philo, Ohio, January 29. 1891, the oldest son of Charles Henry Robison and Mary Elizabeth Winn. He grew to manhood in that area and as a boy worked in the coal mines and potteries of that region. He came to Coon Rapids in 1912. In 1913 he was united in marriage with Elizabeth Tremaine, who preceded him in death. Born to this union were five children He remained in Coon Rapids for about a year, then went to Detroit, Mich , where he was employed by an automobile manufacturer They returned to Coon Rapids in 1915. In 1916 he erected the building where he operated the Robison Garage until recently, when he sold it to his son. Except for 19 years spent in Humboldt Co., Iowa, and Rochester, N. Y., also in the automotive business, his business career was spent in this garage building He was a member of the Christian church and of the Masonic Lodge. In Sept. 1961, he was married to Iola Sigler of Des Moines, where he resided at the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Iola, of Des Moines; four sons: Charles of Coon Rapids; Robert of Roswell, New Mexico; Orvle Jr. of Mitchell, S. Dak ; Keith of El Paso, Texas, presently stationed in Germany; one daughter, Beth (Mrs Nyal Pierce) of Guthrie Center; 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; three brothers: Curtis of Crooksville. Ohio; Perry of Roseville, Ohio, and Olie of Marr, W. Va ; three sisters: Milvada (Mrs Arthur Koble) of Roseville, Ohio; Edna (Mrs Orville Hoover) of Hagarstown, Ind , and Naomi (Mrs George Stuart).
