Read More	Patty June Johnson, 71 years of age, of Oxford, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege, Nebraska. She was born on April 13, 1939 in Edison, Nebraska, the third of five children born to James William and Samantha Marie (Chapman) Hosier. She attended school in Edison. In 1954 she was united in marriage to James Karash and to this union two children were born: Randy and Terri. On October 2, 1965 she was united in marriage to LeRoy Arnold Johnson and to this union one son, Gene was born. LeRoy passed away in 2006. Patty was employed at the gas company in Oxford, the Posy Patch for 20 years, and in 1996 until present she was employed at the Ampride station in Oxford. She enjoyed making crafts, working on crossword puzzles, shopping, and spending time with grandkids and family. Besides her parents and husband, LeRoy, Patty was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law: Roger Spark and Dean Roberts; one sister, Carol Ann Quinn; and one grandson, Nathan Groteluschen. She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Randy Karash and his wife, Marlana of Oxford, Terri Groteluschen and her husband, Lonnie of Humphrey, Nebraska, Gene Johnson and his wife, Dana of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Joyce Joedman and her husband, Henry of Aurora, Nebraska, Ronna Sparks of Franktown, Colorado; one brother, Steve Hosier and his wife, Irene of Oxford; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
