He had been afflicted with whooping cough for several weeks and it is thought measles set in causing his death. It was accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Nelson and Martin Nelson of Shenandoah, and Mr. and Mrs. M. M. McCue of Grant and Mr. and Mrs. John Taylor of this city who had gone to Shenandoah to attend the funeral services. The services were held at Shenandoah at ten o’clock, Saturday morning and Rev. E.
