Description	:	"Bill" Peter William Young, 59, of Sterling, died Monday, June 24, 1996, in Sterling. Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Tennant Funeral Home. The funeral is 10 a.m. Friday at First English Church with the Rev. Lohn Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Young was born Dec. 28, 1936, to Fred and Clara (Tribelhorn) Young in Sterling. He graduated from Sterling High School in 1955. Mr. Young was born Dec. 28, 1936, to Fred and Clara (Tribelhorn) Young in Sterling. He graduated from Sterling High School in 1955. He custom farmed with his father for 39 years in northeast Colorado. Mr. Young was employed by Clarence Crossiant at the time of his death. He was an avid hunter and baseball player. He enjoyed attending the ballgames of his childred and grandchildren. He married Maria Trejo Sept. 7, in Denver. He was a member of First English Lutheran Church. Mr. Young is survived by his wife Maria and son William of Sterling; his former wife Nina; his mother, Clara Young of Sterling; two sons, Scott and wife Lori, and Brett, all of Sterling; three daughters, Cindy Vandagriff and husband Mark, Vicki Baseggio and husband Todd, all of Sterling, and Pam Yemma and husband Bill of California; a sister, Loretta Sawhill and husband Walter of Sterling; and 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred; a son, Rock Thomas; a brother, Fredrick; and a sister, Kathryne. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made In Memory of Bill Young.
