Description	:	Record of Last Will and Testament of Phillip Kitterman filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Wayne County Court on the 24th Day of January 1867. In the name of God Amen: I Phillip Kitterman of Center Township Wayne County and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this rail and transitory life, do therefore make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament; That is to say; First after all my lawful debts are paid I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit: To my beloved daughter Elizabeth,... Read More	Record of Last Will and Testament of Phillip Kitterman filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Wayne County Court on the 24th Day of January 1867. In the name of God Amen: I Phillip Kitterman of Center Township Wayne County and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this rail and transitory life, do therefore make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament; That is to say; First after all my lawful debts are paid I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit: To my beloved daughter Elizabeth, I give my buggy and Harness and one cow, over and above her equal share in my estate. My beloved son Joseph having received the sum of Two hundred and ninety four dollars, I wish that amount to be deducted from his share and equally divided among my heirs. Also my beloved daughter Rhoda having received the sum of Two dollars and eight cents. I wish that amount deducted from her and divided equally among my heirs. I give, bequeath and devise all the rest said due and remainder of my real and personal estate to my children, or their heirs who may be living at the time of my decease to be divided equally between them, share and share alike. The one seventh share of my real and personal property I give to the heirs of my beloved daughter Sophia Saylor deceased, to be held in trust by my executors as interest until they become of age, when either of said children becomes of age they shall receive their equal share of the above one seventh together with the accumulated interest from the time of my decease, unless said children or either of them shall become dependent for means of support, thus my executors shall pay them the interest semi-annually for their support. Likewise I make, constitute and appoint Solomon D. Kitterman and John N. Black to be executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness where of I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the fifteenth day of January, One Thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
