Description	:	OBITUARY Phoebe Marinda Pittsenbarger was born in Versailles, Darke County, Ohio, 1 February 1840. She was one of seven children, all of whom have passed away except one brother in Ohio. She was married in 1856 to Amos Wisener. In 1864, they came west and first settled in Mechanicsville, after which they moved to Tipton, which was her home until failing health compelled her to give up her home and she came to West Branch to make her home with her daughter Mrs. W. W. Wright. She was the mother of... Read More	OBITUARY Phoebe Marinda Pittsenbarger was born in Versailles, Darke County, Ohio, 1 February 1840. She was one of seven children, all of whom have passed away except one brother in Ohio. She was married in 1856 to Amos Wisener. In 1864, they came west and first settled in Mechanicsville, after which they moved to Tipton, which was her home until failing health compelled her to give up her home and she came to West Branch to make her home with her daughter Mrs. W. W. Wright. She was the mother of ten children, all of whom are living except one daughter, who passed away in 1901. Her husband preceded her in death eight years ago. Soon after coming to Tipton, she joined the Lutheran Church. Her remaining children who are present today are: Mrs. W.W. Wright of West Branch, Mrs. Nancy Walters, Mrs. Sadie Harman, Mrs. Mary Madson, and Ernest Wisener, all of Tipton, and Mrs. Pearl Clay of Cedar Rapids,(IA). Besides these she leaves sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Her last illness was of short duration. All that loving hands could do for her was done cheerfully, but of no avail. A voice said, "Come up higher," and on Friday morning, September 27, she passed to her great reward. Services were conducted at the W. W. Wright home on Saturday afternoon at one o'clock by Rev. G. J. Chalice of the Methodist Church. Interment was at Tipton.
