Description	:	Pollyanna Priest aged 90 years dided Thursday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Vern Hasty, where she made her home. She suffered a stroke a short time before. She was born January 19, 1844 in Barthelomew county Indiana, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs David McFall. When a young child she moved with her parents to Iowa and grew to womanhood in Fremont. On April 17, 1875 she married Jonan Priest. Most of her married life was spent in Mahaska and Keokuk counties and she lived for the past 34 years in Keokuk County. Mr Priest died in 1913. She was born January 19, 1844 in Barthelomew county Indiana, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs David McFall. When a young child she moved with her parents to Iowa and grew to womanhood in Fremont. On April 17, 1875 she married Jonan Priest. Most of her married life was spent in Mahaska and Keokuk counties and she lived for the past 34 years in Keokuk County. Mr Priest died in 1913. They were the parents of three childern. They are Mrs. Nilla Wise of Agency, Mrs Adella Hasty of Sigourney and Charles Priest of Sigourney. Also surviving are one sister in-law Mrs. Ida McFall Harkens of Pemeroy, Washington: four grandchildern, Russell Wise of Agency, Thelma Priest Martian, Claudine and Fern Priest of Sigourney: two great grandchildern, Billy Dan Wise of Agency and Charles Franklin Martian of Sigourney and other relatives. She was untied with the Methodist Episcopal church of Batavia when she was 16 years of age and has been a member since. Funeral services were held saturday at the home of her daughter Mrs Vern Hasty and were condudcted by the Rev. C. E. Clark pastor of the Local Church of God. Burial in the West Cemetery.
