W. Davis, Chas. C. Nicholson, B. F. Henry, Mervin Sell, Ed Davis. Lowry's had charge. Primus A. Bruffey was born Nov. 21, 1874, at Fish Creek, Madison county, the third child of George A. and Matilda Jane Bruffey. When he was 15 years old the family moved to Park county residing on the Bingham ranch on West Boulder, afterwards moving to Mission creek where he lived with his parents until 1900. On Dec. 20, 1900, he was married to Pearl C. Baker, daughter of the late George W. and Emma B. Baker of McLeod. Their home was on the Main Boulder continuously until his death. Survivors are his widow and two sons, Ward E. Bruffey of McLeod and George B Bruffey of Martinsdale; two grandchildren, David Lamb and Sonja Bruffey. There are six sisters and two brothers; Mrs. Margery S. Cady, Missoula, Mont., Mrs. Almeda I. Skillman, Mrs. Sylvia G Gravley, Mrs. Fatima A. Skilllman and Mrs. Lora A Beckman, Livingston; Mrs. Elzinia G. Gravley, Bingham Lake, Minn.: M. E. Bruffey, Seattle, Wash., and G. M. Bruffey, Big Timber. His only daughter, Ardis Bruffey Lamb, died Aug. 30, 1930. No greater tribute can be paid any man than that the neighbors among whom he had lived for over 40 years should turn out almost 100 percent to attend his burial rites.
