Description	:	Son of William Armstrong "Will" Riggs and Narcissa Eveline "Evie" (Elliott) Riggs. Brother of Martha (Riggs) White, Mary A. (Riggs) Cooley, Nancy? Riggs, John Thomas Ezekiel Cunningham Riggs, George William Robert Roy "Willie" Riggs, Joseph Jackson "Joe" Riggs, and Betsy Elizabeth "Betty" (Riggs) Pendergrass. "Charlie" never married. He served his country in the U. S. Army, Field Artillery, during World War II. He fought in the European Theater in Ardennes, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany; and was killed in the Battle of the Bulge.
