Read More	Clay Center Dispatch – Oct. 9, 2007 Raymond Gerald "Jerry" Ouellette, 66, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007, at his residence in Clay Center. Mr. Ouellette was born Nov. 20, 1940, at St. Joseph, the son of Louis and Edna (Ferron) Ouellette. He attended school in Clifton. He married Delores Hill on Oct. 29, 1959. He owned and operated J&M Surveyors and Donley's Retail Liquor. He was a member of the Eagles, American Legion, BPOE and the Clay Center Country Club, all of Clay Center. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bernie and Terry Ouellette. Survivors include his wife, Dee Ouellette of Clay Center; two daughters, Karen Britt and husband Russ of Clay Center and Sandy Carpenter and husband Kim of Clay Center; two sons, Kenny Ouellette and friend, Jackie Ramsey of Clay Center and Mike Ouellette and wife Trisa of Clay Center; one sister, Annette Woodbury and husband Scott of Hutchinson; one sister-in-law, Linda Lupher and husband Fred of Lincoln, Neb.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center with the Rev. Larry Grennan officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Neill-Schwensen- Rook Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Rosary will be recited from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Jerry Ouellette Memorial Fund to be designated later in care of the funeral home, 918 7th St., Clay Center, KS 67432.
