Description	:	RAYMOND O. SKINNER 70, of 4100 Troy Rd., Springfield, died Wednesday, July 25, 1990, at 3:49 a.m. in Mercy Medical Center following five months serious illness. He was born in South Vienna, Ohio on October 2, 1919, the son of J. Orville and Irene (Bisbing) Skinner, and was a Clark County resident all of his life. He was employed as a sign writer for the Blommel Sign Corporation of Springfield for over 25 years, retiring in 1976. He was born in South Vienna, Ohio on October 2, 1919, the son of J. Orville and Irene (Bisbing) Skinner, and was a Clark County resident all of his life. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Merritt) whom he married on July 9, 1970; also by three sons, Louis and John, both of Dayton, and Sherman, of New Mexico; one step-son and his wife, Kevin and Susan Sprinkle, of Springfield; one daughter, Judy Lanter, of Lima; one step-daughter and her husband, Mary Lou and Lonnie Boggs, of Springfield; 13 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. in the Ingling-Williams Funeral Home, of Springfield, where services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m., with Rev.
