Rebecca Hester Gibler was born at Lynchburg, Ohio, January 18, 1848. She was united in marriage to James T. Milloway, December 24, 1869. To this union seven children were born, five sons and two daughters - Frank, Fred, Todd, Walter and Willis, and Mrs. W.A. VanHorn and Mrs. H.P. Haag. Besides the husband and children she leaves one brother and three sisters - A.M. Gibler of Mattoon, Ill., Mrs. John Strange, of Buffalo, N.Y., Mrs. Perry Whittacre, of Lynchburg, Ohio, and Mrs. John Reveal, Terre Haute, Ind. Mrs. Milloway became a member of the Christian church in her girlhood, and remained a faithful worker until the time of her death. She possessed estimable qualities in an unusual degree, and her death will be keenly mourned by a large circle of friends in addition to the bereaved relatives.
