Description	:	Remulus Junior Bell, 79, met our Lord on Monday, November 1, 2010, as he passed away at his home in Roanoke, Va. He was born to Carly and Luemmia Bell in Floyd County, Va., on October 2, 1931. Surviving are his wife, Vivian Bell; son, John T. Lamonde and wife, Barbara; daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Nat Burchette, Patricia and Larry Robertson, Pamela and Ronnie Locks, Cathy Lynn Hedrick, Donna and Harvey Martin, and Cindy Bell-Parsley and husband, Bill Parsley; and a sister, Pearl Carr. Read More	Remulus Junior Bell, 79, met our Lord on Monday, November 1, 2010, as he passed away at his home in Roanoke, Va. He was born to Carly and Luemmia Bell in Floyd County, Va., on October 2, 1931. Surviving are his wife, Vivian Bell; son, John T. Lamonde and wife, Barbara; daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Nat Burchette, Patricia and Larry Robertson, Pamela and Ronnie Locks, Cathy Lynn Hedrick, Donna and Harvey Martin, and Cindy Bell-Parsley and husband, Bill Parsley; and a sister, Pearl Carr. He had 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Remulus served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and after his military term, he settled in his hometown of Roanoke, Va. He worked as an electrician and serviced many businesses across the Roanoke Valley. Remulus was well known for his amazing musical talent. He was blessed with a beautiful singing voice and was a self-taught guitarist. Remulus performed with Don Reno and Red Smiley and later with his loving wife in their country music band, Vivian Bell and the Country Kings. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Oakey's North Chapel conducted by the Rev. Mark Washington and the Rev. Charles Doyle. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by the United States Air Force. The family will receive friends at Oakey's North Chapel from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel, 540-362-1237.
