Description	:	Richard Lee Sund, 65, one of three children born to Oscar and Verma M (Tavenner) Sund, was born on a farm near Bostwick, Dec 22, 1929. He died Thursday at Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital. Sund attended rural school near Bostwick, Guide Rock High School and was a graduate of Superior High School with the class of 1948. He died Thursday at Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital. Sund attended rural school near Bostwick, Guide Rock High School and was a graduate of Superior High School with the class of 1948. He then attended the University of Nebraska where he played football. After his college year, he was inducted into the United States Air Force. At Belleville Aug 27, 1954, he was united in marriage to Margaret Irene Sibert. They lived and farmed in the Bostwick community and was employed at Ideal Basic Industries for 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, his five children Mrs Reginald Rhoads (Mary), Grand Island; Richard, Guide Rock, Mrs Greg Adams (Debra), Golden, Colo; David, Guide Rock and Mrs Keith Rogers (Susan), Guide Rock; six grandchildren and a brother, George, Guide Rock. Services were held Monday from Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel, Superior, Neb., with Pastor Michael Osberg officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery
