Description	:	The community was shocked and deeply saddened of the news that Robert Reiman passed away suddenly of a heart attack Thursday afternoon. Rosary services were held Sunday evening at 8 p.m. in Sacred Heart Church with services Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Charles Gergen and Father Loren Pohlmeier officiating at the Mass of the Resurrection. Burial was in the church cemetery. Bob was born February 4, 1915 at Lawrence. He was a lifelong resident and farmer in the area. He retired and moved to Lawrence in 1978. He married Loretta Bolte on Ocotber 3, 1939 at Lawrence. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church and was an honorary member of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving are his wife, Loretta; four sons, Robert of Hastings, Dwayne, Pat and Gary all of Lawrence; seven daughters, Mrs. Larry (Marilyn) Hoelting of Sioux City, Iowa, Mrs. Bob (Jeanne) Schroer and Kathy Reiman, both of Hastings, Mrs. William (Linda) Clarys of Dayton, Wash., Mrs. Elwood (Carol) Steiner and Mrs. Michael (Roberta) Gable, both of Lincoln and Mrs. Tom (Barbara) Janda of Lawrence; one brother Elmer of Lawrence; one sister, Agnes Black of Edgar and twenty three grandchildren. The Lawrence Locomotive, Thursday, November 7, 1985 Robert Thomas Reiman, 70. of Lawrence died October 31, 1985 at his home in Lawrence. Rosary services were held on Sunday evening November 3rd at 8:00 at the Sacred Heart Church at Lawrence. The Mass of the Resurrection was con-celebrated by Rev. Charles Gergen and Rev. Loren Pohlmeier at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Church. Interment was made in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were three grandsons: Mike, John and Terry Reiman and three nephews, Dan and Lyle Pohlmeier and Jim Bolte. Commentator for the Mass was another nephew Bill Bolte. Song Leader was Tom Dolnicek accompanied by Carolyn Herbek. Robert was born on February 4, 1915 at Lawrence, Ne., the son of Joseph and Barbara Lalley Reiman. He grew up and spent his entire life on the family farm south of Lawrence, until his retirement in 1978 when he and his wife moved to Lawrence. He was united in marriage to Loretta Bolte on October 3, 1939 at Sacred Heart Church, Lawrence. To this union were born eleven children. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be missed greatly by them and the community. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and an Honorary Life Member of the St. Stephen Council #1906 Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers-Joseph and Lawrence; one sister, Lola and 1 granddaughter Jacqueline Janda. He is survived by his wife Loretta of Lawrence; four sons Robert of Hastings, Dwayne, Pat and Gary of Lawrence; seven daughters: Mrs. Larry (Marilyn) Hoelting of Sioux City, IA., Mrs. Robert (Jeanne) Schroer and Kathy Reiman both of Hastings, Mrs. William (Linda) Clarys of Dayton, WA., Mrs. Elwood (Carol) Starner and Mrs. Michael (Roberta) Gabel both of Lincoln, and Mrs. Tom (Barbara) Janda of Lawrence; one brother Elmer of Lawrence; one sister Agnes Black of Edgar and twenty four grandchildren. Those attending the services from out of town were from Dayton, WA., Sioux City, Ia., Delware, Lincoln, Hastings, Edgar, Superior, Grand Island, Montana, Red Cloud, Guide Rock, Nelson, Cowles, Omaha, Indianola, Deweese, Auburn, Blue Hill, Glenvil, Shelby and Sutton.
