Description	:	Rose A. Kracke, the daughter of Fred and Anna Endler Henke, was born on a farm near Clatonia on December 9, 1902 and died at a Lincoln hospital on May 17, 1980 at the age of 77. She grew up on a farm near Clatonia and attended rural school near her home. On May 2, 1923 she was united in marriage to Herman Kracke at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church near Clatonia. The couple made their home on a farm three miles north of DeWitt. In 1956 they moved to DeWitt and in 1974 she moved to Clatonia. Read More	Rose A. Kracke of DeWitt; three daughters, Mrs. James (Marion) Spilker of Lincoln; Mrs. Glen (Shirley) Hasenohr of Pickrell; and Mrs. Elvin (Gloria) Pospisil of Hallam; a brother, Albert Henke of Lincoln and grandchildren, William and RoseAnn Spilker, Larry Hasenohr, Duane and Ruth Kracke, Loree and Linda Pospisil. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman; sister, Amelia Bergmeyer; and three brothers, John, William, and Arthur Henke. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church at Clatonia. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 20, 1980 from the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Clatonia with Pastor Larry I. Wiederich officiating. Music was by the church choir. Organist was Mrs. Rob Sebek. Burial was held at the church cemetery. Memorials go to the church. Pallbearers were William Spilker, Larry Hasenohr, Duane Kracke, Delmer Helmke, Fred Henke, and Edward Bergmeyer. Source: The Crete News, May 21, 1980
