Description | : | c.o.d. Diphtheria∼Rose was the daughter of Calvin and Margaret (Frazier) Beach. On September 2, 1885, Rose died from diphtheria. She was buried at the Beach Ranch. Coffins and rough boxes were purchased for the children from Herrmann & Co. Funeral Home. The Beach Ranches were located Township 11 North, Range 3 West, Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, consisting of over 320 acres homesteaded by Calvin and Elizur Beach.
