The daughter of Steven and Bertha Prevor Walker, she was born in Ottumwa on October 21, 1897. She lived here her entire life, and was a member of the Seventy Day Adventist Church. The daughter of Steven and Bertha Prevor Walker, she was born in Ottumwa on October 21, 1897. She lived here her entire life, and was a member of the Seventy Day Adventist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Carter and Mrs. Eva Hungate, both of Ottumwa; a son, Jack Wilt, Ottumwa; eight grandchildren; a brother, William Walker, Milwaukee, Wis.; and four sisters, Mrs. Goldie Francis, Mrs. Lucille McKim, Mrs. Inez Kutch and Mrs. Alice Grear, all of Ottumwa. She is preceded in death by a son, Billy, in 1932; her husbands, William Wilt, in 1931, and Merrill McManis, in 1945, her parents, three sisters, and a brother. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson funeral chapel, with Elder C. E. Larsen of the Seventh Day Adventist church in charge. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carroll Carter, Marion Hungate, William Martsching, Luther Krusemark, Ralph Emerson and Robert Klone.
