Read More	Roy Sowles was born August 18, 1889, in Superior, Nebraska and made this place his home ever since. To this union was born one boy, Donald, who died in infancy. He leaves to mourn his loss, a wife, mother, Mrs. Mary E. Sowles, three brothers, Fred and C. T. of Superior and Charles of Denver, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Farris of Boulder, Colo., and Mrs. T. B. Baker of New Market, Iowa besides a host of relatives and friends. Mr. Sowles was a member in good standing of the I.O.O.F., Modern Woodmen of America and the Rebekah lodges. He was a true husband, son, and brother. During the last month of his life he was called upon to endure most severe suffering, but was patient and uncomplaining thru it all. He died full of faith. Services were held at the Methodist Church Sunday, March 19th at 2:30 p.m. The male quartet sang, Rev. Wright of the U.P. Church led in prayer, and Rev. Earl E. Bowen had charge of the service. There was a very large attendance at the funeral service, and the floral offerings most profuse and beautiful.
