Mrs. Ruby Ferguson of Wichita, Kansas, died Saturday evening at a Larned , Kansas, hospital She had been in failing health for several years and had been seriously ill the last few months. She was 45 years old. The body was brought to Sargent where funeral services were held at the Methodist Church Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Dean Donner officiating. Music was furnished by Bob Brown and Mrs. Harold Pointer. Burial was In Mount Hope Cemetery. When she was four she and her parents moved to the Taylor area where she grew to womanhood. She attended Taylor grade and high school. On April 28, 1934 she was married to Duncan Ferguson at Broken Bow. One daughter was born to the couple She was a member of the Congregational Church. Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Nancy Arroyo, Derby, Kansas, one sister, Mrs. Esther Hoobler, Sargent, six brothers, Earl, Milburn; Ralph, Torrington, Wyo.; Lee, Whitney; Raymond, Albany, Ore.; Rueben, Vancouver, Wash.; and Reno, Casper, Wyo.; and a grandson Brian Arroyo, Derby, Kansas. Spooner-Rhoad Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
