Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus with the Rev. Paul Rowoldt officating. Burial is at Columbus Cenetery with military honors by Hartman Post 84 American Legion Honor Guard. Mr. Kasper was born 1/8/1916 at Schuyler to Frank and Anna (Knopf) Kasper and was educated in Colfax County. He married Mae Lusche on June 16, 1937. He was preceded in death by his wife, two brothers and two sisters. Memorials may be made to the donor;s choice.
