Funeral services were held at the home, Monday, and burial was in the Chester cemetery (sic). ====================== Ruth Ellen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Throne, was born June 9, 1919. She died after an illness of two weeks, on April 2,1921, aged 1 year, 9 months and 2 days. The funeral service was held in the home Monday afternoon, April 4, 1921. Rev. Charles Burns was in charge. A mixed quartet rendered appropriate music. There was a large gathering of relatives and friends, expressive of sympathy to the sorrowing ones and also admiration for the young and beautiful life that so soon passed away. The floral gifts were many and beautiful. Interment was in Chester cemetery (sic). Jesus said: "Suffer the children to come unto me, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven." Faith in Christ and this promise transforms human sorrow. Amid the clouds of darkness the bow of promise is seen. Life and life eternal is the children's heavenly heritage. CARD OF THANKS We wish to express our since tanks to those who so kindly extended their aid and sympathy during the illness and death of our baby, Ruth Ellen.
