Description	:	"Fatal Accident. Word was brought in from Clancy last evening that a miner named Sam'l Combs had been killed in the Legal Tender mine yesterday at 2 o'clock. Four blasts had been charged and only three of them were discharged, and Combs went up to the one that had failed, to see about it, when it exploded, killing him instantly. Combs came from Iowa to this country two years ago, had been employed at Beach's stable, on Main street [in Helena], by Mr. Boyd, on Ten Mile, on the Rumley lode, and finally at the Legal Tender, where he met...
