Description	:	SAMUEL FRIZZELL PASSES AWAY Samuel L. Frizzell was born at Wapello, Iowa, May 24, 1859, and departed this life March 21, 1924. He grew to manhood in the community in which he was born and in the year, 1883 was united in marriage to Miss Dora E. Vaughn. To this union six children were born, one preceding him in infancy. Read More	SAMUEL FRIZZELL PASSES AWAY Samuel L. Frizzell was born at Wapello, Iowa, May 24, 1859, and departed this life March 21, 1924. He grew to manhood in the community in which he was born and in the year, 1883 was united in marriage to Miss Dora E. Vaughn. To this union six children were born, one preceding him in infancy. In the spring of 1886 he and his family moved to Nebraska, locating on a farm near Plattsmouth, residing in and about this community for a number of years until in 1899 when he purchased his present farm located 4 miles southwest of Silver Creek, where for 19 years he lived a life of usefulness and Industry. Six years ago, he purchased a home in Silver Creek. About a year ago he was stricken with heart trouble and was a patient sufferer and hopeful for many long months. He was known by all as a generous-hearted neighbor, a loyal friend, and a firm believer in principles of right. ' He was a kind and loving father and grandfather, seeming never so happy as when surrounded by his family and friends during his long affliction. He leaves to mourn his loss, a wife, three sons, Frank and Roy of Sliver Creek and Robert of York, Nebraska and two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Racer of Portland Oregon and Mrs. Hendrickson of Osceola. He also leaves twelve grandchildren, two sisters and five brothers. Funeral services, attended by a large number of friends and relatives, were held at the M. E. Church Sunday afternoon, being conducted by Rev. Simpson, and the remains were laid at rest in the Silver Creek cemetery.
