Description	:	DIED ZERBE-At his home near Mechanicsville, Dec. 10, 1892, Mr. Samuel Zerbe, aged nearly 66 years. Mr. Zerbe was born in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, in 1827, and came to this county in 1851, settling in Linn township, where he resided about 22 years and then moved to the place near Mechanicsville where he died. He married Miss Sarah Wolf in 1849, and the union was productive of eight children, five of whom, with their aged mother, live to mourn his death. Mr. Zerbe was born in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, in 1827, and came to this county in 1851, settling in Linn township, where he resided about 22 years and then moved to the place near Mechanicsville where he died. He married Miss Sarah Wolf in 1849, and the union was productive of eight children, five of whom, with their aged mother, live to mourn his death. He was a man of unswerving honesty, and enjoyed in a high degree the esteem and respect of the people among whom he lived so many years. He was possessed of a strong constitution, but died very suddenly from an attack of neuralgia of the heart. The funeral was largely attended, Rev. J. T. Spry conducting the service, and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery near the old house.
