She had been an invalid the past four years. Born in Licking County Jan. 9, 1860, she was the daughter of Thomas and Marinda (Matthews) Coon. She was married in 1880 to John Devoll and they were the parents of nine children. Surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Fred Cullison of Wilkins Run Road and three sons, William Devoll of Newark, Clarence Devoll of North Bend, Hamilton County; and Frank DeVoll of Cambridge; also 33 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren; one brother, John Coon of Hanover. Four daughters are deceased. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Rocky Fork Church of Christ of which Mrs. Devoll was a member and burial will be made in Rocky Fork Cemetery by the Householder Funeral home. The body is at the Holton home.
