Description	:	Sarah E. Moore was born in Guthrie county (sic), Iowa, March 30, 1852, and died at the home of her son Vernon near Mt. Clare, July 20, 1924, at the age of 72 years, 3 months, 22 days. She was converted at the age of fourteen and joined the United Brethren church, and she lived a consistent Christian life until death. She was married to N. (Transcibers note: Neri) Conner in 1869. Two girls have preceded her in death, Vergie and Edna Gertrude. 8She (sic) leaves to mourn her death a husband, two daughters Inez Ella Hull of Burr; and Mary Effie Robb of Ashby; two sons Vernon Conner of Mt. Clare; Kile Conner of Nelson; a brother Wm. Moore of Blackwell, Okla.; twenty-eight grandchildren, eighteen great grand children, and a host of friends. Mrs. Conner was a loving wife and mother and made friends with everyone, always being kind to everyone. She was always ready with a helping hand in sickness and church work. She came to Nebraska with her husband and three children in 1879 and they have always lived in Nuckolls county (sic) since that time. Funeral services were conducted by W.A. Burrus at the Christian church in Mt. Clare Tuesday afternoon. Interment was made in the Nelson cemetery (sic). The Nelson Gazette, Thursday, July 24, 1924; pg. 5
