He departed this life January 15, 1937, at the Ong hospital at the age of 34 years, 2 months and 2 days. With his parents, he came to Nebraska in 1907 and has lived since in this vicinity. Besides his parents he leaves to mourn his departure, two brothers and two sisters, Chester of Haidsoro, Illinois; Robert of Ong; Mrs Grace Kleinschmidt of Grafton and Edna at home. A sister, Ethel, preceded him in death on June 12, 1927. He also leaves a host of other relatives and many friends. He was a loving brother, a good neighbor and a true friend who will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral services were held Sunday at 1:30 at the Methodist church (sic) in Ong, Nebraska, with the Rev L. Hansberry in charge. Interment was made in the Sutton cemetery.
