Bell; daughters, Pam (Ron) Koch of Rockbridge, Ohio and Cindy Warner of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Jessica Pugh, Brittnee Warner and Brandon Warner; great-grandson, Devon Pugh; sister, Charolette Sheets.
