Mysse III passed away. Sivert was born June 16, 1967 in Billings, MT, the eldest son of Sivert II and Janet Mysse. Mysse III passed away. Sivert was born June 16, 1967 in Billings, MT, the eldest son of Sivert II and Janet Mysse. He grew up on a ranch outside of Ingomar, where he spent his youth with his brothers Richard and Jonathan. He attended elementary school in Ingomar and high school in Melstone, MT. He then went on to graduate from Montana State University with a Bachelor's in Ag Business. During his time in college, Sivert was active in multiple organizations and groups. He was elected as Montana FFA State Treasurer, served on the MSU Student Senate, and was a part of the Farm House Fraternity on Campus. Sivert also completed a 4-H internship in Washington D.C. giving tours of National Monuments and meeting with state and national leaders for a semester. Sivert's hard work and dedication did not go unrecognized, he received numerous awards, including the nationally acclaimed FFA American Farmer Award that only 1% of applicants receive nationwide. He remained a part of the FFA State Foundation as a significant donor. On October 6, 1990, Sivert married Ann Daniel in Billings, MT, they later divorced after 10 years. Upon graduation, he moved to Kennewick, WA, where Sivert accepted a position as a Grain Elevator Manager with Cargill. It is there he had his first child, Kate, on Nov. 2, 1993. After a few years in Washington, he later took a position in Havre, MT, with Meissner as a Regional Salesman. Through his yearn to continue to grow and expand his knowledge, he was very proud to purchase his own concession trailer. He enjoyed travelling to fairs and events to run his trailer and learn the ins and outs of small business management. After Havre, he moved to Miles City to become a Regional Sales Manager for John Deere and run a Custom Cutting business with Richard. It is there his second child, Jess, was born July 20, 1999. Sivert was always one to seize opportunity, and when the chance came to move to Las Vegas, he took it. He then went on to spend 7 years working for Security Armored Express while enjoying the fun amenities of Vegas with friends and family. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Sivert returned to Montana to help with family farming and to start a new coil tubing business named Titan Oil and Gas with Jonathan and Richard. During this time, his youngest daughter, Karina, was born on Oct. 13, 2004, in Buffalo, WY. Sivert grew this business until a new idea and opportunity took them into the fracking industry where they built Hot Fracking Water. Armed with a sense of humor and drive to work on the next big thing, Sivert was always involved in numerous new business ideas and ventures. There was nothing that didn't interest him and get his wheels turning. He had an unparalleled sense of adventure, hunger to try new things and live life to its fullest. From simple things like trying new homemade jerky or discovering the latest life hack to attending Nascar, travelling to tradeshows, or seeing concerts, there was nothing he didn't enjoy doing. He loved to travel and his travels took him all over the world, from Europe to New Zealand, through the Caribbean, and down to South America. If you asked him where money was best spent, he would respond without hesitation to always spend money on experiences and not things. Sivert's diverse knowledge and passions were limitless. He was a kind hearted, easy going man whose smile and laughter lit up the room. Humble yet knowledgeable, you could ask anything and he was sure to have vast knowledge on the subject. Being the social man he was, there was no where you could go without the possibility of him knowing someone or making a connection. He truly loved meeting and having a good conversation with people about anything and always believed it was about "who you know" in life. With such a fun- loving spirit, it seemed as though stress was never an issue that crossed his mind even in the most difficult circumstances. Sivert had an extraordinary work ethic and always put his best foot forward with a smile on his face. Equally, he always made sure he had time to enjoy himself with his friends and family on as many vacations as time and money would allow. His favorite mantra was, "Work Hard, Play Hard" and he lived the meaning of it to pass along to his kids. Sivert fit more experiences into his short time than most fit into a lifetime. He was larger than life and always brought a smile to anyone's face that he was around. He cared deeply about his kids and would put on thousands of miles to make sure he was there when it counted. He was humorous and caring and would do anything for anyone without hesitation. There was nothing he couldn't do or accomplish and was always looking on to what was next as he was never content with being average. He is survived by his three kids: Kate Mysse of Fort Worth, TX, Jess Mysse of Roberts, MT, and Karina Mysse of Buffalo, WY; his brother, Richard Mysse of Forsyth, MT; and his long time love and partner, Denise Giffin of Billings, MT. Sivert was preceded in death by his parents, Sivert and Janet, and his brother, Jonathan Mysse. Please join us for a celebration of his life and bring a picture or a story or two for sharing. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Karina Mysse for the furtherment of education for his three kids. Checks may be mailed to Stevenson & Sons Funeral home in Forsyth.
