He was born Oct. 14, 1946, in East Liverpool, OH, son of the late Ernest C. and Anne Elizabeth (Sevek) Kampfer. He married Christine (Gruszecki) Kampfer on June 26, 1971. He was employed as an engineer for ODOT District 4 and a farmer. He was a graduate of Southern Local High School and Youngstown State University. A Celebration of Life will be held April 8, 2006, at 11 a.m. at St. John's the Evangelist Catholic Church, in Summitville, OH, with Frs. John Tully and Thomas Eisworth officiating. Family and friends are invited to visit one hour prior to time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Carroll County Hospice, 1040 Trump Rd., Carrollton, OH 44615. Terry gave the gift of sight through the Lasting Legacy Program at the Cleveland Eye Clinic and was a Life Banc Donor.
