Sukup of Creighton, two sisters, Marie at home, Mrs. Anna Kolar, Walthill, Nebr. and three brothers, Frank, Joe and Andrew of Walnut Grove, Nebr. Her husband and Peter Richling went to Omaha Tuesday evening and accompanied the remains home, which arrived Wednesday evening. The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Catholic church. The bereaved husband, parents and family have the sympathy of the entire community. ...The Creighton News 24 March 1921 ******* Obituary of Mrs. Ed Wagner Tresa Sukup was born at Walnut, Nebr. on October 15, 1888 and departed this life at Omaha, Nebr. on Tuesday, March 22, 1921 at the age of 33 years, 6 months and 24 days. The greater part of her life was spent at Walnut, Nebr., with the exception of the past seven years, when her parents moved to Creighton. On Febr. 8, 1915 she was united in marriage to Edward Wagner and they moved on a farm near Winnetoon, where she made her home up to the time of her death. The deceased was known among her friends and relatives as a woman of cheerful disposition and all will miss her in our midst. The funeral occurred at the St. Ludger church on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock of which the deceased was a faithful and consistent member and was very largely attended by friends, neighbors and relatives from Bloomfield, Venus, Randolph, Verdigre and Osmond. The sermon was by her pastor, Rev. Father Windolph. Requiem high mass was given for Mrs. Wagner at the church on Monday morning. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.
