Description	:	Tom was born March 8, 1933 in Potlatch, ID to Harold & Margaret (O’Reilly) Dobbins. He grew up in Garfield, WA where he attended school. Tom entered the US Army and served during the Korean War. Following the couple’s marriage in 1952 they located to Fort Ord until his honorable discharge. They moved to Spokane, WA where he began his career with the Army National Guard from which he retired as a Senior Master Sergeant after 33 years. The family moved to Moscow, ID where Tom went to work at the University of Idaho in Central Services and later retired again.... They enjoyed life to its fullest and were an unseperatable union, doing everything together. They spent their summers at the family home in Priest River, spending hours enjoying the outdoors, spending time with their family camping and fishing through the years. Tom in early years enjoyed bird hunting and Pat enjoyed bowling. Together they were all about helping others in need both family and friends. Pat & Tom were always willing to go the extra mile for others. They indeed took the idea of “Paying It Forward” to new heights.
