She was the last of her family's nine children. Her daughter said. "Her brothers and sisters, and son must have needed another card player in heaven." Ethel P. Bailey, 93, of Bremerton, died June 16, 1996, at Oyster Bay Convalescent Center. She was born March 20, 1903, in Dane, OKla. On April 21, 1919, she married Harold Bailey in Lewistown, Mont. He preceded her in death. The couple owned and operated Bailey Apartments for 35 years. (located 1734 4th Street, Bremerton, WA) Survivors include two daughters, Bettie Bale of Bremerton, and Marjorie Woodruff of Port Orchard. eight grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and many gt,gt, grandchildren, and gt, gt, gt grandchildren. (Son, John, also preceded her in death) At her request , there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church, 811 Veneta, Bremerton 98337, or the American Diabetes Association, 557 Roy St., Seattle, 98100 -The Sun, Newspaper, Bremerton, WA.-
