Teske Wiedrich Oster HAZEN -- Tillie Wiedrich-Oster, 82, Hazen, died Dec. 17, 2001, in the Beulah care center. She was raised and educated north of Beulah. She worked at Malke Super Value and at the German Kitchen for a time. On Aug. 26, 1947, she married Jacob P. Wiedrich at Hazen. In 1951, they moved to Sacramento, Calif., and she worked many years at a hospital. They returned to Hazen in 1987. Jake died Aug. 29, 1991. On Nov. 5, 1992, she married Edwin Oster at Hazen. On Sept. 28, 2001, she became a resident of the Knife River Care Center, Beulah. Tillie was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and Hazen Senior Citizens. She enjoyed crocheting, visiting with family and friends and going dancing. She is survived by her husband, Edwin; two stepsons, Sharold and Darlene Oster, Cleveland, and Glenn Oster, Hazen; one stepdaughter, Shirley and Allen Elhardt, LaCrosse, Wis.; six step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth and Irv Kienzle, Waterloo, Iowa, Ilene and Bob Boeckel, Bismarck, and Ardena and Gerald Alderin, Center; three brothers, Theophil and Ida Teske, Beulah, Calvin and Marion Teske, Renton, Wash., and Reinhold and Betty Teske, Bismarck; and numerous nieces and nephews. Tillie was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Jake; two sisters, Olga Wolf and Elsie Jaeger; and two brothers, Herbert and Richard Teske.
