It makes for interesting hunting when in Union cemetery, for sure. Some records have his name listed as "Ryer", though there is a "U" on his tombstone, so.... Uryer married Maria "Mary" Smith in Dec. 1801; she is the daughter of Albert Smith and Sussanah Eckerson.
