She married George J. Sellers on June 24, 1933, in Eldon. She lived most of her adult life in Douds after graduating from Eldon High School in Eldon. She was a member of Eldon Christian Church, United Methodist Women and Twin City Chapter 258 Order of Eastern Star in Douds. She is survived by her husband; a son, George Merlin Sellers of Knoxville; a daughter, Barbara Hermanson of Story City; three grandchildren; and a brother, Merle Wilson of Kansas City, Mo.; and a sister, Evelyn Schippers of Knoxville. The service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, the Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery near Douds. Visitation will be 7:30-8:30 p.m. today with Eastern Star Services at 3:15 p.m. Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church and may be left at the funeral home.
