Description	:	Verle Dudley Moore, daughter of William James and Ella Butler Dudley, was born near Oak, Nebraska, on October 19, 1891. She passed away March 17, 1977, at Parkview Haven in Deshler. She attended the Kelly rural school and Oak schools. She was married to James J. Moore on February 16, 1910. Four children were born to this happy union. Read More	Verle Dudley Moore, daughter of William James and Ella Butler Dudley, was born near Oak, Nebraska, on October 19, 1891. She passed away March 17, 1977, at Parkview Haven in Deshler. She attended the Kelly rural school and Oak schools. She was married to James J. Moore on February 16, 1910. Four children were born to this happy union. Three sons, Wendell, Mark and John and a daughter, Sylvia. Mrs. Moore was a member of the First Community Church of Oak and of the Royal Neighbors of America. Mr. and Mrs. Moore celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on February 16, 1960, with their family and friends. They lived on a farm near Oak until 1952, when they moved into town. Mrs. Moore continued to stay there until 1968, following the passing of her husband in September 1966, when she moved to Deshler to be near her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, five brothers and three sisters. Survivors are sons, Wendell, Mark and John; daughter, Sylvia (Mrs. Martin Neuhart); three daughters-in-law, Alta, Lavae and Naomi; son-in-law, Martin; sister, Mrs. Neil McIllheran of Fremont; five sisters-in-law, Lucy Dudley, Addie Dudley, Eugenia, Bess and Nova Moore; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services were held at the Oak Community Church with interment in the Nelson Cemetery. The Nelson Gazette, Thursday, March 31, 1977; pg. 10
