Description	:	Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Wolfe Funeral Home for Miss Viola Kleindienst, 20, of Villisca, who died last Saturday at a hospital in Hamburg, Iowa, following an appendicitis operation. Mr. Harold Peters conducted the funeral services. Pall bearers were Mildren Goodwin, Doris Goodwin, Florence Hoffman, Darlene Bostedder, Betty Shrimptin, and Carbon McConkey. March Mae Dean sang with Geraldine First at the piano and burial was in the Villisca Cemetery. The deceased was a daughter of Charles and Mamie Kleindienst of Villisca and she was born at Stringtown, Missouri on January 14, 1921. When a small child she moved with her parents to Rssellville, Missouri and when 11 years of age, after the death of her mother, she came with her father and has since resided here. She is survived by her father; three sisters, Mrs. Nixie Stoops, Omaha, Mrs. Fannie McConkey, Sidney, and Velma, Villisca; one brother, Otis, who is in Co. F. at Camp Chaiborne, and her grandmother, Mrs. Charles Kleindienst. Miss Kleindienst's untimely death came just two weeks before she was to have been married to George Conklin of Randolph, Iowa.
