F. Coe Dies On New Years Day Mrs. Dan F. Coe, highly esteemed resident of Guernsey for the past 6 years, passed away at the family home here on New Years day. Mrs. Coe had suffered a paralytic stroke some weeks ago while visiting relatives in Nebraska. She returned home. Early New Years Day she suffered a second stroke and at 10 o'clock that morning she took a third stroke and passed away shortly. She resided in Wyoming since 1920, coming to Guernsey in 1932 when she was united in marriage to Dan F. Coe. Mrs. Coe was 67 years old at the time of her death. She spent her early years in Iowa where she was married to William Lawson to which union six daughters and a son were born. Her husband died and she came to Casper to live with a daughter. She is survived by her children and a step-son, Howard Coe of Wheatland and a step-daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Sadler of Denver, besides her husband. Funeral services were held at the Community church with Rev. C. L. Morton officiating. The body was shipped to Central City, eNbr. (Nebraska), for interment.
